NAOMI WESTLAKE | UNDERGRADUATE MARINE BIOLOGIST, UNIVERSITY OF PLYMOUTH

Naomi is a marine biology student at the University of Plymouth and, as an avid scuba diver, has developed a keen interest in coral reef resilience and restoration. Throughout this project, she hopes to further her understanding of the coral microbiome and enhance her practical skill set and looks forward to gaining valuable experience in a scientific field of growing importance.

ISOBEL MEATCHER | UNDERGRADUATE MARINE BIOLOGIST, UNIVERSITY OF PLYMOUTH

Isobel is a marine biology student at the University of Plymouth, and when she heard about Seeking Survivors, she knew she wanted to get involved! Coral plays such an important role in our oceans, so she is very excited to engage in research that will ultimately help in their survival, and to learn more about these organisms and their relatives along the way.
